PINNRZ™ are iconic, slim pre-rolled joints that are designed to provide a new experience, nostalgic and familiar, to Canadian consumers in a classic form. PINNRZ™ was founded in 2021 and operates under license by Final Bell in Bowmanville, Ontario.
PINNRZ™ is looking for high energy, weed-loving Brand Ambassadors to schedule, execute and log in-store pop up experiences with the purpose of educating and promoting PINNRZ™ products to store visitors. Our PINNRZ™ Pop-Up Experiences are designed to drive a closer connection with consumers, budtenders and our retail partners.

Become a PINNRZ™ expert to educate consumers and budtenders.
Work alongside our Head of Sales to conduct store outreach and create a pipeline of retail partners to schedule in-store PINNRZ™ Pop-up Experiences in your designated region.
Create a pipeline of retail partners and schedule in-store pop up experiences in your designated region
Visit retail partners as a PINNRZ™ Brand Ambassador and deliver a pop up experience (approx 3-4 hrs each PINNRZ™ Pop-Up Experience).
Rep PINNRZ™ in a manner that is approachable, friendly, and enthusiastic.
Engage 1-1 with store visitors.
Record experience in Hubspot CRM (data entry)
Collect feedback and provide updates to management.
Deploy Sales & Marketing initiatives to increase product knowledge, sales, and brand loyalty.
Keep management apprised of community events.
Collate and deliver brand and product feedback to management
Ad hoc reporting of store visits and the outcome
A working knowledge of the “cannabis” industry is an asset
A valid drivers licence and use of a vehicle
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Cansell Certification is an asset
Prior experience with social media or taking photos

This position requires occasional evening and weekend work, as well as regular travel, which necessitates access to the use of a vehicle and a valid driver's license.
